Empowered living is the brainchild of Founders Michael & Eren who began their NDIS journey in 2021. With a focus on personal growth and giving back, they've been inspired to shake up the care industry to truly help those in need. The two friends are community minded individuals and staunch human rights advocates who saw a hole in an industry all too often focussed on profits rather than participants.

A life without - Growth - is no life at all. Every minute of every day is a new opportunity to grow. We aim to grow awareness, grow quality of life, grow independence and grow our ELS family.

An industry that craves - Integrity - will see us change the game. Our participants are our core focus. They're why we exist and we'll never lose sight of that. 

 - Abundance - is a mindset. It's recognising that this world has all we need, all around us, all the time. It is gratitude in motion. It is changing the world around ourselves and positively impacting every single person we come into contact with.​​
